Infested

Oh, FML. Remember those birds that were building a nest in the loose ceiling fan that I've been too busy (lazy) to repair? Well, I decided to be nice and let them stay and raise their family, electrical fire risk notwithstanding. And do you know what happened? All their relatives moved in too, and now my deck is infested with house finches. Sure, go ahead and laugh. I'll probably catch some obscure bird-borne disease, and all my worries about electrical fires originating from bird nests in my ceiling fans will be for naught. And then you'll be sorry, won't you.
